DO YOU KEEP A JOURNAL? Do you ever watch videos about journaling?
I thought not. I mean, who watches videos on journaling? And isn’t journaling pretty much just writing whatever you want on a page? It can be. But it can be much more and much less, depending on your reasons for keeping a journal. AND you can have more than one kind of journal. There are art journals, dream journals, writer’s journals, bullet journals, goal journals, daily or weekly journals. Whatever you want or need or dream a journal to be, you can create it.
So, this week, I offer a curation of 10 awesome vides on journaling that you’ve probably never seen, but should. Oh, and they are all under 4 minutes.
Enjoy!

– - And finally, Mary Amato reminds us writers to carry a small notebook with us wherever we go. A writer’s journal is a good place to jot down ideas, snippets of conversation. And, carrying one around can remind us to be observant and curious. The quality of the picture isn’t very good, but I like the message here.
