"Journaling the Chakras provided a much richer experience than I expected. I wanted to identify these energy centers within my body. I got that and much more. The meditations and writing prompts touched my mind, body and soul with healing energy. I highly recommend this book. ~Deborah
As a lifelong journal writer and truth seeker, I wanted an effective way to strengthen areas of my life that needed strengthening and help to heal emotional/spiritual wounds. In order to do that, I needed to find a method to dive deeper and reveal deeper the aspects of Self.
I found that chakra meditation followed by journal writing provided a powerful form of reflection that helped me focus on areas that needed strengthening and balance my energies. Since then, I have taught this method to hundreds of students over the years, and they also discovered and were excited about the powerful benefits of this approach to self-discovery and healing.
Journaling the Chakras is a unique approach to achieving spiritual and emotional wellness, and I am proud to bring this method to you in book form.
